If you have been using Tecknaro version 1.0.2 or earlier on a Windows 7 system and are upgrading to the 64-bit version, please read this.
When you install Tecknaro 64, it is going to install into a different location than your previous copy of Tecknaro. This is because in Windows 7, 32-bit applications are installed into C:\Program Files (x86)\, while 64-bit applications are installed into C:\Program Files\.
In order to Tecknaro load all your previous work and also have Tecknaro find your license, you will need to copy your configuration, as well as your data files over to this new location.
Here’s how you do that: once the installer is finished, please copy the contents of
C:\Program Files (x86)\Tecknaro\Tecknaro_config
and copy the contents of
C:\Program Files (x86)\Tecknaro\Tecknaro_data
Tecknaro 64 should then start up using your existing configuration and data.
